After looking on the website I payed a visit to Elstree van centre as was interested in a ford transit custom they had in stock after talking to a salesman nick who was very professional polite and certainly knew he’s stuff. The van in question was being worked on and was elevated in the workshop but it was no problem lower it so I could have a look around it. Nick also assured me that the van would be fully valeted and looking brand new after all works had been carried ready to be picked up when ready. I decided to buy the van and the process was so easy and true to he’s word the van was spotless inside and out and looks brand new and all works carried out “brakes,timing belt,etc….” A issue with the alternator but they rectified that the next day. Nick also offered me some racking that come out of the van and had it fitted back in again which was great of him and I can’t recommend this van centre Enough.

NICK THE LIFESAVER .

I was unfortunate to have my Luton van stolen. As a small business with a full diary it was an urgent matter to get a new Luton van on the road .

I was lucky enough to be greeted by Nick . After a few questions and Nick getting an understanding of what I was looking for . We took a van on a test drive , agreed on a smashing deal for both parties and I will now be collecting my van Friday .

I’ve dealt with many dealerships . For once it was nice to deal with a salesman that was more interested in solving my needs than the money in the pocket .

Did my ford custom mc16 afc I’m absolutely over the moon with the service I received not only did they do the work I asked but also cleaned my van inside and out I can’t recommend these guys enough there friendly very accommodating and just general top guys thank you all very much

Riki the owner was very pleasant. One of the only garages to answer the phone saying the name of the garage and who I was speaking to.. vehicle area was very clean and professional. I was able to look over the van and take it out for a test drive all in my own time with no one looking over you, and when I needed a chat about the van he was there to talk. Very professional, would recommend a visit.

Called up about a van - was accommodated to come and see it the next day and bought it there and then! Van was in perfect condition, everything was as per the description online and the whole process was hassle-free! I had never heard of Elstree Van Sales before (live north of Birmingham) but having spent weeks searching for a van and had some difficult experiences with other traders I have just bought a Peugeot Boxer from here and it was a joy to buy from them. Great van, very fair price, great service and lovely people - I would 100% recommend Rickie and the team and will no doubt be back in the future and won't be bothering with anyone else if I want another van.

Rickie and his team provided a very professional service start to finish on my new van. They are not your typical salesmen and they was happy to just help and I didn’t feel under pressure at any point. They offered a next day delivery service and they was on time with the delivery less than 24 hours after I made the purchase. My van arrived with low mileage, new service, some new brakes and a warranty showing their appreciation for their customers. I feel safe in my new vehicle. Great service thank you. Highly recommend.
